If you wish to pay by Faster Payment or Bacs or if you're enquiring about paying by cheque please contact us. Please note that items will only be sent out once monies have cleared.

UK – All orders are £9
Items are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day, are tracked and insured and require a signature on receipt.

EU – All orders are £12
Items are sent Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Fully tracked with signature required on delivery.
Delivery timescale 3 - 5 working days.

Canada & US – All orders are £15
Items are sent Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Fully tracked with signature required on delivery.
Delivery timescale 5 - 7 working days.

Please contact us if you require an item sooner we will do our best to accommodate you and if we have to use another service other than Royal Mail, we will discuss this with you so that you know the cost of postage.

Depending on stock availability and clearance of payment, delivery times will vary. We only carry a small amount of stock as most pieces have to be made to order and will take approximately 1-3 weeks. Please get in touch if you require an item sooner and we will do our best to accommodate.

In stock items can usually be posted out within 2 working days. We do our best to get your jewellery to you as soon as possible.

Customised Pieces and Bespoke Commissions

If you are having a bespoke or commissioned piece made for you it must reflect the image and ideology of the HP Jewellery brand. After initial contact and discussion we can then determine the length of time the commission will take and we will get back to you with a quote. A deposit will be required of 50% of the total cost once you have agreed to the piece being made. As each piece is hand made to order your quote for the item will be valid for 14 days and we reserve the right to alter prices prior to your confirmation due to possible fluctuation of metal and material costs.


Your payment of the deposit is your commitment and agreement for the bespoke order. No alterations can be made once the deposit has been paid and accepted. Therefore, If you decide to cancel the order for any reason the deposit is forfeited.

Ordering Rings – Help & Advice

There is a ring size chart on the website but this is only a guide. You need to be accurate in sizing your finger so we highly recommend that you visit a jeweller unless you are absolutely sure of the size. If the size of the ring has to be altered from the size you ordered there will be a charge. Please note - some bespoke rings are unable to be resized.


All precious metals are hallmarked where legally required.

Shipping Fees

The possible customs duties or taxes applied outside the UK is out of our control and is therefore the customer's responsibility.

We are all only human so there may be errors on the website, although we've tried our best to make sure there aren't! We have taken a lot of care to make sure the items are described as accurately as possible and that the pictures are shown as clearly and precisely as possible. As all the jewellery on the site is handcrafted, we cannot be liable for any disparity in the nature or character of any of the pieces.
